In our experience, we think you will enjoy this specific tour if you are a cyclist with good bike handling skills, ability to accomplish multiple climbs of moderate grade (6-7%), the fitness to be on the bicycle for 4-5 hours a day, and the ability to ride safely with other cyclists in a line.
Three hundred days of sun and balmy temperatures draw royalty, movie stars, artists and cyclists to the Ligurian Riviera each year. Colorful towns on the bright blue sea have hosted spring training teams for more than a century. During this four-day trip, you’ll cycle pro routes through colorful villages and over iconic climbs. After Saturday’s ride, you’ll be a VIP at the finish line party of the legendary Milano-Sanremo, the first of the pro season’s epic Monument races. Inspired, you’ll make your own history in the 100 km amateur Sanremo-Sanremo. E-bikes welcome. There is much to enjoy on the Ligurian Riviera from Sanremo in the west to La Spezia in the east, so this package can be extended by adding a transfer and two extra days in the La Spezia area.

DAILY PROGRAM
The perfect first day to get settled, get familiar with your bike, and wake up the legs. We’ll enjoy an easy spin towards the French border… but don’t worry, the coffee will still be Italian!
A longer ride featuring the beautiful Ligurian coastal cycle path. We’ll tackle the famous Capo Mele, one of the iconic climbs of Milano–Sanremo, before heading up Passo del Ginestro, a favourite training climb for many professional cyclists. We’ll then return along the coast, an ideal way to test the legs ahead of Sunday’s big challenge.
The day we’ve all been waiting for! Last year, Lotte Kopecky and Tadej Pogačar claimed victory in spectacular style at La Classicissima. We’ll enjoy the race from an exclusive VIP viewpoint overlooking the finish line. Will it be another thrilling sprint, or a glorious solo attack? Before the professionals arrive, we’ll spin our legs on an easy ride to stay fresh for Sunday
Now it’s your turn. Cipressa, Pompeiana, Poggio: the ascents of the champions !!!
Take on the Sanremo–Sanremo Granfondo, test yourself on the legendary Cipressa, and cross the finish line after conquering the iconic Poggio. Can you beat the pros’ time on the Cipressa?
On Monday, we transfer to La Spezia, where we ease into the new surroundings with a beautiful recovery ride along the coastline. We will have the Mediterranean Sea beside us, picturesque seaside villages and panoramic roads, with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery.
Tuesday, we ride through one of the most iconic corners of the Italian Riviera. The route combines spectacular coastal views with the charm of elegant seaside towns, winding roads and the unmistakable atmosphere of the Ligurian coast. From the rugged coastline to colorful villages overlooking the sea, these rides offer a completely different side of Italy — scenic, authentic and unforgettable, with the Mediterranean always close by.
